Bio "Tofu: the other, other white meat." Greetings and welcome to my food journal! Inside are amateur recipes, local food finds, health, and basically any kind of kitchen tomfoolery you can think of. The only catch is: it's all 100% vegan. Yeah, it's one of those blogs, but so many of my friends have been curious about my new-found life style that I thought this would be convenient. This is mostly for them, but if you can't stave off your curiosity, feel free to add this thing. Also, for the record, please note the use of the word "amateur".
